Coffee orders are freshly roasted. Orders are shipped within 3–4 business days after receiving your order (not including the day the order is received). Please allow a 1–2 day grace period during busy periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Free shipping on every US order (we currently ship within the US only)
- Ships within 3–4 business days, Monday through Friday; allow 1–2 extra days during busy periods and holidays
- USPS or UPS, with tracking emailed when your order ships
Returns
Coffee and tea are final sale because they're perishable. If something goes wrong, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund:
- Damaged order: email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo
- Wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery
- Lost package: email us if tracking hasn't updated for 7 days
