Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are freshly roasted and shipped within 3–4 business days after receiving your order (not including the day the order is received). Please allow a 1–2 day grace period during busy periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Processing time: 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday only)
- Shipping cost: $6–9 on average (exact UPS/USPS rates)
- Single bag: $5–6 via First Class mail
- 2–3 bags: USPS flat rate bubble mailer
- Tracking provided automatically via email
- We are closed weekends and major holidays
Note: Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays beyond our processing time.
Returns
All coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags. If there's an issue with packaging or shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
- Coffee: No returns accepted (all sales final)
- Wrong coffee sent: Contact us immediately with order details
- Damaged packaging: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost packages: Contact us with order number and customer name
- Accessory/apparel: Returns accepted within 30 days if unused
Note: We work with our fulfillment partner to resolve any issues on our end, but all coffee sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product.
